Founded in 1903 by Henry T. Oxnard and incorporated on June 30, 1903 - Oxnard is famous for its thriving agricultural industry, notably producing some of the world's finest strawberries.

I grew up close to the vast (nearly always empty) beach of Oxnard Shores, a sushi visit at the Marina was always a must and of course you can't beat the local produce at your favorite fruit stand!
