Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIMES
We try our best to send out your packages within 2 business days. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Processing time may be extended during sales events or high-volume sales periods. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.
SHIPPING STATUS
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active. If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers.
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Shipping fees for your order will be calculated at checkout. Selecting an expedited shipping option will not reduce the processing time. The estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as we do not have any control of your package once it is in transit within the shipping carrier's system.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package has shipped and becomes lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking information provided to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
